Criminalizes non-consensual disclosure of intimate visual material (nude images or sexual conduct) when done with intent to harm and the depicted person had a reasonable expectation of privacy

Makes it illegal to threaten disclosure of intimate images to obtain a benefit, such as extortion or coercion

Prohibits knowingly promoting such material on websites or forums owned or operated by the offender

First offense is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in jail and/or $1,000 fine; second or subsequent offenses and any offense committed for financial profit are felonies punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment and/or $2,000 fine

Provides affirmative defenses for law enforcement, medical treatment, reporting unlawful activity, legal proceedings, and voluntary public exposure; exempts internet service providers and similar platforms from liability for user-provided content
