Brings forward Section 37-19-10 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 regarding the School Recognition Program for possible amendment.

Establishes financial awards to public schools and charter schools based on accountability ratings: "A" schools receive $100 per pupil in average daily attendance, "B" schools receive $75 per pupil, and schools improving by one letter grade receive $100 per pupil.

Requires all awards be used for prospective nonrecurring salary supplements to teachers and staff (excluding administrators), paid over the remainder of the year and not counted as part of the local supplement.

Creates the School Recognition Program Fund in the State Treasury, administered by the State Department of Education and distributed to school districts by electronic funds transfer through the State Treasurer and State Fiscal Officer.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
