Creates a 13-member Education Continuum for Mississippi's Future Task Force to study the state's coordinating agencies for early education through postsecondary education

Task force members include chairs of Senate and House education committees, plus appointees with experience in K-12, community college, higher education, early childhood, business, and workforce development selected by the Lieutenant Governor, Speaker, and Governor

Excludes current State Superintendent, Board of Education members, Community College Board members and Executive Director, Commissioner of Higher Education, and IHL Board of Trustees members from serving

Task force must research cost, efficiency, and coordination of education agencies (Department of Education, Community College Board, institutions of higher learning) and evaluate transitions between educational levels and workforce readiness

Written recommendations due to the Legislature by October 1, 2021, with the task force repealing on July 1, 2022
