Amends Section 67-1-83 of Mississippi Code to permit package retail alcohol sales on Sundays by removing the prohibition on Sunday sales.

Maintains existing restrictions on package retail sales hours (10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) and prohibition on Christmas Day sales.

Continues prohibitions on selling alcohol to visibly intoxicated persons, habitual substance users, and individuals under interdiction orders from the department.

Penalties for violations remain a misdemeanor punishable by fine up to $500, imprisonment up to 6 months, or both, with automatic permit revocation.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
