Increases maximum workers' compensation recovery from 450 weeks to 520 weeks of benefits (calculated at 66-2/3% of the state's average weekly wage)

Removes the cap on permanent total disability compensation, allowing payments to continue until the employee's death rather than being limited to 450 weeks

Permanent total disability is defined as loss of both hands, arms, feet, legs, eyes, or any combination of two such losses, or as determined by the facts of the case

Extends the maximum payment period for temporary partial disability and death benefits from 450 weeks to 520 weeks
