Allows Mississippi concealed carry weapons permit holders to have their permit displayed as a notation on their driver's license or identification card instead of carrying a separate permit card

Permits combined with a driver's license or ID card will share the same expiration date as the license/ID, rather than the standard 5-year permit validity period

Renewal of the combined permit will occur at the same time and location as driver's license or identification card renewal

Grants the Commissioner of Public Safety authority to create rules and regulations to implement the concurrent application and renewal processes

Effective date of July 1, 2021
