Authorizes the Attorney General to prosecute public official corruption cases upon official request from the State Auditor for investigations conducted under Section 7-7-211

Expands the definition of "white-collar crime" and "official corruption" to include any crime investigated under the State Auditor's authority

Grants the Attorney General power to issue and serve subpoenas for documents in official corruption, white-collar crime, and computer crime investigations, subject to court approval

Establishes penalties for obstruction of investigations: up to $5,000 fine and/or 5 years imprisonment for destroying evidence or interfering with investigations through bribery, force, or intimidation

Maintains confidentiality of investigative documents, with unauthorized disclosure punishable by up to $1,000 fine and/or 6 months imprisonment
