Makes it unlawful to file false or misleading statements in records related to cemeteries and burial grounds, including omitting material facts that would make statements misleading

Adds new Section 75-63-83 to address misleading filings under cemetery-related commercial provisions

Adds new Section 41-43-59 to the Cemetery Law prohibiting false or misleading records in actions, proceedings, or filings

Violations of Cemetery Law provisions punishable by fines of $500-$1,000, up to one year in county jail, or both

Embezzlement or fraudulent conversion of perpetual care trust funds under $1,000 punishable by up to $500 fine and one year in jail; amounts of $1,000 or more punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment
