Amends Mississippi Code Section 85-7-251 to prohibit towing companies from charging more for vehicles towed at law enforcement direction than they charge regular customers who request towing directly.

Applies pricing restriction to all law enforcement-directed tows, including impoundments resulting from alleged violations of Section 63-11-30.

Clarifies that failure to comply with notification and redemption procedures bars towing companies from imposing any storage or towing charges, including on law enforcement-directed tows.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
