Enacts "Christian's Law" to make autopsy media records (photographs, videos, and audio recordings of autopsies and crime scenes) confidential, held by medical examiners and coroners.

Permits surviving relatives (spouse, parents, adult children, or next of kin in order of priority) to view, listen to, and copy autopsy media records without court approval.

Allows local, state, and federal agencies to access records for official duties under written request, and permits use in criminal/administrative proceedings and educational purposes with redacted identifying information.

Authorizes courts to grant access to any person upon demonstration of good cause, with consideration for public interest, family privacy rights, and notice to surviving relatives.

Establishes felony penalties of up to one year imprisonment and/or $10,000 fine for custodians who willfully violate the law or for persons who violate court orders regarding autopsy media records; effective July 1, 2021.
