Adds isotonitazene, flualprazolam, flubromazepam, flubromazolam, and clonazolam to Schedule I as drugs with no legitimate medical use and high abuse potential.

Revises the chemical name of thiafentanil in Schedule II from "4-(methoxycarbonyl)-4-(N-phenmethoxyacetamido)-1-[2-(thienyl)ethyl]piperidine" to "methyl 4-(2-methoxy-N-phenylacetamido)-1-(2-(thiophen-2-yl)ethyl)piperidine-4-carboxylate".

Adds brexanolone and solriamfetol to Schedule IV as depressant and stimulant controlled substances respectively, following FDA approval for medical use.
