Expands acceptable documents for veteran ("Vet") driver's license designation to include DD-214, Military Retiree Identification Card, VA Medical Identification Card, VA Identification Card, or National Guard Form NGB 22

Allows veterans to present proof of military service documents in person at Mississippi Department of Public Safety Driver's License Stations

Creates felony penalties for submitting false documents to obtain a veteran driver's license or other veteran benefits under the state's fraudulent use of identity statute

First offense punishable by up to $5,000 fine and/or up to 5 years imprisonment; second or subsequent offense punishable by up to $10,000 fine and/or up to 10 years imprisonment

Effective date of July 1, 2021
