Amends Mississippi Code Section 93-9-10 to add a "good cause" exception allowing courts to set aside paternity determinations even when a legal father engaged in conduct that would normally bar such relief

Allows a legal father who signed a stipulated agreement of paternity to challenge it by proving fraud, duress, or material mistake of fact

Maintains existing requirements for disestablishing paternity, including newly discovered evidence, scientific testing showing exclusion as biological father, and filing a petition in the court with jurisdiction over child support

Continues to bar paternity challenges when the legal father adopted the child, the child was conceived via artificial insemination during marriage, or the father prevented the biological father from asserting parental rights

Adds that unsuccessful petitioners must pay court costs, genetic testing fees, and reasonable attorney's fees
