Amends Section 41-29-181 of the Mississippi Code to require that proceeds from asset forfeiture deposited to law enforcement agencies be used to augment existing budgets for increasing law enforcement resources.

Prohibits forfeiture proceeds from supplanting or replacing existing law enforcement agency budgets.

Applies to all property forfeitures under the state's asset forfeiture laws, including situations involving single or multiple participating law enforcement agencies.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
