Prohibits registered sex offenders from registering on dating websites or pursuing romantic/sexual interests through online dating forums for 10 years after their conviction date

Defines "dating website" or "internet dating forum" as websites facilitating social introductions for romantic or sexual relationships, excluding photo-sharing sites, email services, chat rooms, or commercial transaction platforms

Maintains existing restrictions on sex offenders being present at schools, school property, school transportation, public beaches, and campgrounds where minors congregate

Violation of any provision constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by up to $1,000 fine, up to 6 months in jail, or both

Effective date of July 1, 2021
