Removes the cap of 35 licensed school nurses eligible to receive the $6,000 annual salary supplement for obtaining National Board for Certification of School Nurses certification

Removes the cap of 20 certified academic language therapists (CALTs) eligible to receive the $6,000 annual salary supplement for meeting Academic Language Therapy Association certification requirements

Allows all qualifying school nurses and academic language therapists employed by local school boards or state agencies to receive the salary supplement, rather than limiting it to a fixed number

Maintains existing documentation requirements: employees must submit certification proof before October 15 for full annual supplement or before February 15 for prorated second-term supplement

Effective date of July 1, 2021
