• Authorizes gaming to be conducted on vessels on the Pearl River within municipal corporate limits of cities with populations of 150,000 or more according to the most recent federal decennial census

• Amends Mississippi Code sections 67-1-71, 87-1-5, 97-33-1, 97-33-7, 97-33-17, 97-33-25, and 97-33-27 to add Pearl River gaming exemptions alongside existing Mississippi River and southern coastal water gaming exemptions

• Extends existing gaming permit and licensing provisions to vessels operating on the Pearl River under the same structural and regulatory framework as other authorized gaming locations

• Effective date: July 1, 2021
