Authorizes Mississippi vehicle owners to obtain distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Wildlife Mississippi, effective July 1, 2021.

Requires an additional fee of $30.00 per distinctive tag, paid annually at registration renewal, with $2.00 retained by county tax collectors for the county general fund.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to Wildlife Mississippi, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to the special fund in Section 27-19-44.2.

Allows replacement distinctive tags for $10.00 in case of loss or theft, with 5% of replacement fees retained by tax collectors and remaining amounts distributed like regular distinctive tag fees.

Applies to motor vehicle owners who are state residents and pay all required road, bridge, ad valorem taxes, and registration fees.
