Authorizes issuance of up to $500,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund construction of new water and sewer infrastructure at the I-10 corridor in Jackson County, Mississippi

Creates the "2021 West Jackson County Utility District I-10 Corridor Water/Sewer Infrastructure Fund" within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue, with interest payable semiannually or annually, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2025

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all state taxation and qualify as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, savings banks, trust companies, and insurance companies
