Authorizes issuance of up to $3,005,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund road projects in Lafayette County, Mississippi

Allocates $2,000,000 for the West Oxford Loop Extension and $1,005,000 for repairs to Bridge 134 on County Road 459

Creates the "2021 Lafayette County Road and Bridge Projects Fund" within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may not be issued after July 1, 2025, must mature within 25 years of issuance, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bond income and the bonds themselves are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation
