Grants the Executive Director of the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks authority to require Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) testing of one white-tailed deer per 200 acres harvested within any enclosure, rather than making testing mandatory

Changes CWD testing requirements from a statutory mandate to discretionary authority exercised by the commission

Authorizes wildlife personnel to access enclosure property and use "best collection methods" (changed from "lethal" methods) to obtain tissue samples when CWD is diagnosed within 5 miles of an enclosure

Repeals Section 49-7-58.5, which previously required mandatory CWD testing of white-tailed deer harvested within enclosures and established violation penalties

Maintains existing requirements for enclosure owners to register with the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks and allow depopulation of deer if CWD is diagnosed within their enclosure
