Amends Section 49-7-31.5 to classify transportation of wild hogs live in Mississippi as a Class I violation, including relocation to different locations.

Amends Section 49-7-140 to prohibit transporting live feral hogs, wild swine, or Russian boars on public roads or off the property where captured, removing the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks' authority to issue transportation permits.

Eliminates the previous permit system that allowed wild hog transportation under specific conditions related to applicant criminal history and hunting privilege status.

Maintains exemption for lawful transport of domestic swine for customary commercial or agricultural purposes.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
