Adds the Dean and Director of Alcorn State University School of Agriculture and Applied Sciences as a new member of the Mississippi Fair Advisory Council

The advisory council provides input and guidance to the Department of Agriculture and Commerce on promoting agricultural and industrial development in Mississippi

Current council members include the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce (chairman), Director of MSU Extension Service, President of Mississippi Livestock Association, Director of Mississippi Vocational Education, Director of Mississippi Development Authority, Mayor of Jackson, and a Governor appointee

All advisory council members serve without salary compensation

Effective date of July 1, 2021
