Authorizes veterans with 50% or more service-connected disability (as adjudged by Veterans Administration) to obtain free combination hunting and fishing licenses in Mississippi, removing the previous requirement of total disability.

Authorizes veterans with 50% or more service-connected disability to obtain free saltwater sports fishing licenses, with the same disability threshold change applied to Section 49-15-313.

Requires exempt veterans to carry proof of residency, age, and disability status while hunting or fishing.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
