Requires all public bodies to create and maintain email notification lists for Mississippi residents requesting meeting notices, and to send meeting details and agendas at least 72 hours before meetings or within 1 business day of scheduling

Mandates public bodies maintain publicly accessible lists of members' names, areas represented, email addresses, and key staff contact information on their webpages

Reduces the deadline for recording meeting minutes from 30 days to 48 hours after adjournment, and requires minutes to be emailed to notification list subscribers and posted online within 48 hours

Takes effect 30 days after passage
