Authorizes the State Board of Education to establish vocational, agricultural, forestry, civics, and home education programs in public school districts and employ county educators for these programs

Allows county superintendents of education (with county board approval) and municipal separate school district boards to cooperate with state departments and agencies to implement these programs

Permits county superintendents to spend common school funds and municipal school district boards to use maintenance funds to cover expenses of cooperative education programs

Enables the State Department of Education, county departments, and local school districts to enter into agreements and joint programs with each other to carry out these educational initiatives

Effective date of July 1, 2021
