Prohibits retail food establishments from using cost-plus pricing formulas on grocery items unless the surcharge amount is publicly posted and conspicuously displayed.

Requires notice of cost-plus pricing to be posted on signs within 15 feet of each entrance and on signs inside each entrance of the retail food establishment.

Defines "cost-plus pricing formula" as marking items at cost and imposing an additional surcharge beyond the item's cost.

Establishes violations as misdemeanors punishable by a fine of up to $1,000, imprisonment of up to one year in county jail, or both.

Designates violations as unlawful trade practices under Mississippi law, making violators subject to additional remedies and penalties available under Section 75-24-5.
