Amends Mississippi Code Section 45-9-101 to require the Department of Public Safety to allow concealed-carry license holders to update their permanent address online or through electronic communication.

Permits licensees to notify the department of a lost or destroyed license through electronic communication in addition to written notice.

Requires notification of address changes or lost/destroyed licenses within 30 days; failure to notify constitutes a noncriminal violation with a $25.00 penalty.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
