Codifies Section 11-65-3 of Mississippi Code to prohibit state agencies, departments, political subdivisions, and their agents or employees from planning, implementing, assisting, participating in, enabling or cooperating with federal laws, rules, regulations or orders created on or after the effective date that attempt to ban or restrict semiautomatic firearms or magazines.

Prohibits state and local entities from cooperating with federal efforts to require registration of firearms, magazines, or other firearm accessories.

Prohibits state and local entities from cooperating with federal efforts to confiscate firearms, magazines, or other firearm accessories from law-abiding Mississippi citizens.

Effective January 1, 2021.
