Authorizes county law enforcement officers to enforce motor vehicle window tint violations, in addition to existing enforcement by Mississippi Department of Public Safety and municipal officers in cities with 2,000+ population.

Maintains existing window tint requirements: windshield must allow 28% or more light transmittance, with exceptions for school buses, public transportation vehicles, certain government vehicles, and vehicles with factory-tinted windows.

Permits medical exemptions for individuals diagnosed by a Mississippi-licensed physician with conditions aggravated by sunlight exposure; requires displaying a certificate of medical exemption on the vehicle dashboard.

Specifies that vehicles without required compliance labels must be tested by Department of Public Safety officers using approved methods to verify light transmittance requirements.

Effective July 1, 2021.
