Extends electioneering prohibitions to all persons (not just candidates and their representatives) within polling places and within 150 feet of any operable entrance

Prohibits oral, printed, or written attempts to persuade voters to vote for or against any candidate, constitutional amendment, local issue, or ballot measure within the restricted zone

Bans posting or distributing campaign literature, cards, and posters in support of or opposition to any ballot item within the restricted area

Prohibits wearing or displaying apparel, badges, buttons, pins, stickers, or insignia identifying any candidate or ballot measure by name, photo, or likeness within the restricted zone
