Expands the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program to allow purchase of used fire trucks less than 5 years old, in addition to new trucks, provided they meet NFPA 1900 series standards

Maintains the existing 3% nonadmitted policy fee collected by surplus lines insurance producers on policies from nonadmitted insurers

County eligibility for fire truck assistance ranges from $50,000-$90,000 per truck depending on how many trucks previously received, with a maximum total of $830,000 per county for up to 13 trucks
