Amends Section 43-21-355 of the Mississippi Code to extend good faith presumption and civil immunity to individuals participating in child abuse investigations, evaluations, and judicial proceedings, not just those making initial reports.

Expands immunity coverage to include attorneys, physicians, dentists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, law enforcement officers, school employees, and other designated professionals who participate in investigations or proceedings related to child abuse reports.

Grants immunity from civil and criminal liability to any person or institution reporting child abuse or participating in investigations, evaluations, or judicial proceedings resulting from such reports, provided they act in good faith.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
