Authorizes county law libraries to use collected court fees for electronic and technological purposes including computers, hardware, software, internet, online subscription services, legal research tools, and electronic records

Allows boards of supervisors to maintain law library books in electronic format in addition to physical copies

Court costs for law library support remain capped at $2.50 per case in chancery, circuit, and county courts, and $1.50 per case in justice courts and municipal courts

Effective date of July 1, 2021
