Authorizes local school boards to enter into supply agreements for up to 10 years for the sale of forest products (wood waste, wood fiber, pulpwood, or biomass) from sixteenth section lands

Supply agreements may be executed through public contract with notice or through private contract if the Forestry Commission provides a written appraisal and sets a minimum sale value

All supply agreements require recommendation from the Mississippi Forestry Commission and approval of contractual terms by both the Forestry Commission and Secretary of State

Effective date of July 1, 2021
