Creates the Mississippi Save Our Schools Program beginning with the 2021-2022 school year to hire high-performing teachers in "D" and "F" rated schools.

Provides per-pupil funding of $75 for "D" rated schools, $100 for "F" rated schools, and $150 for "F" rated schools with that rating for at least five consecutive years.

Establishes the Mississippi Save Our Schools Program Fund in the State Treasury, administered by the State Department of Education and distributed to school districts by electronic funds transfer.

Restricts program funds to hiring teachers only, prohibiting use for administrator positions.

Repeals the former School Recognition Program (Section 37-19-10) and redirects its funding to the new Save Our Schools Program, effective July 1, 2021.
