Requires the Mississippi Legislature to fully fund the Mississippi Adequate Education Program (MAEP) beginning in fiscal year 2022

Mandates that the Legislature appropriate funds to achieve full MAEP funding

Specifies that the mandatory funding duty cannot be voided by any other law that references MAEP not being fully funded in a particular year

Prevents the Legislature from suspending or amending the full funding requirement by simply passing an appropriations bill that fails to meet MAEP funding levels

Effective date of July 1, 2021
