Teachers with 5+ years of experience in "A," "B," or "C" rated schools who relocate to teach in an "F" school within an "F" school district would receive a $5,000 annual salary supplement plus fringe benefits

The $5,000 supplement would be in addition to other existing supplements, including the $6,000 National Board certification supplement and the $4,000 critical geographic area supplement

Qualifying teachers would be eligible for reimbursement of relocation expenses up to $1,000 for documented moving costs including professional movers, rental vehicles, mileage, and meals

Teachers relocating to "F" schools would also qualify for interview expense reimbursement if funds are available

The bill would take effect July 1, 2021
