Encourages counties and municipalities to cooperate with military installations to promote compatible land use, prevent incompatible encroachment, and support the continued presence of military bases in Mississippi

Identifies 14 specific military installations and their associated counties/municipalities, including Keesler Air Force Base, Columbus Air Force Base, Camp Shelby, Naval Air Station Meridian, and others

Encourages local governments to share information with military commanders about proposed comprehensive plan changes, land development regulations, and development orders affecting areas near installations

Allows military commanding officers to provide advisory comments on how proposed local changes may affect installation missions, including compatibility with Air Installation Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ) and Joint Land Use Studies
