Amends Section 43-13-117 of the Mississippi Code to authorize the Division of Medicaid to reimburse for all care and services provided under Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

PACE recipients must live in a PACE organization's service area, require nursing home-level care certified by a physician, and be able to live safely in the community with PACE assistance.

Covered PACE services include adult day primary care, dentistry, emergency services, home care, hospital care, laboratory/x-ray services, meals, medical specialty services, nursing home care, prescription drugs, therapy services, social services, and transportation to medical appointments.

Takes effect July 1, 2021, and amends existing Medicaid statute Section 43-13-117 which is set to expire July 1, 2022.
