Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-13-117 to require the Division of Medicaid to recognize Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) as both originating and distant site providers for telehealth reimbursement purposes.

Authorizes the Division of Medicaid to reimburse FQHCs and RHCs for both distant site and originating site telehealth services when appropriately provided by the same organization.

Adds this telehealth provision as a new paragraph (60) to the list of covered Medicaid services under Section 43-13-117(A).

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
