Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-13-115 to extend Medicaid coverage for pregnant women to 12 months postpartum.

Applies to any pregnant woman who is eligible for Medicaid benefits under any provision of the Medicaid statute.

Coverage continuation is automatic for the 12-month postpartum period without requiring a separate eligibility redetermination.

Effective date is July 1, 2021.
