Prohibits the Mississippi Department of Human Services from providing Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) benefits to any person convicted of more than one felony offense in Mississippi

Repeals Section 43-12-71, which had previously opted Mississippi out of the federal ban (21 USC Section 862a(a)) on providing benefits to individuals with drug-related felony convictions

Reinstates federal restrictions on TANF and food stamp eligibility for individuals convicted of drug-related felonies by removing the state's opt-out provision

Effective date of July 1, 2021
