Prohibits licensed physicians, surgeons, osteopaths, and physician's assistants from charging for outpatient anatomic pathology services unless services were personally rendered or provided under their direct supervision.

Authorizes the State Board of Medical Licensure to impose disciplinary sanctions against licensed practitioners who violate the outpatient anatomic pathology billing prohibition.

Prohibits physicians from dividing or arranging to split fees received for professional services with any person who refers or brings patients.

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
