Amends Mississippi Code Section 73-25-34 to allow health care providers to deliver services via interactive audio, video, or electronic media to Mississippi residents in health professional shortage areas designated by the Department of Health for primary care, mental health, or dental care.

Excludes health care providers whose licenses or certificates are suspended or revoked through disciplinary proceedings, but permits providers licensed under comparable provisions in other states, territories, or possessions of the United States.

Prohibits providers from rendering services outside the scope of practice authorized by their licensure or certification.

Grants civil liability immunity to health care providers who deliver charitable services in good faith under this provision, excluding immunity for acts of willful or gross negligence.

Effective July 1, 2021.
