Increases the maximum monthly TANF benefit for the first family member from $110 to $200 per month, while keeping the second family member at $36 per month and each additional member at $24 per month

Requires the Department of Human Services to report to the Chairmen of the House and Senate Public Health Committees by September 1, 2021 on the history, status, outcomes, and effectiveness of state agency job placement agreements for TANF participants

Requires the Department of Human Services to report by September 1, 2021 on the history, status, outcomes, and effectiveness of information and referral programs for birth control, prenatal care, abstinence education, marriage education, family preservation, and fatherhood

Maintains existing TANF program requirements including the 60-month lifetime benefit limit, mandatory work activities, school attendance requirements for children, and vaccination requirements for dependent children
