Authorizes the Noxubee County Board of Supervisors to levy an additional assessment on justice court cases, up to $50 for convictions or nonadjudications under the Mississippi Implied Consent Law and up to $25 for other misdemeanor convictions/nonadjudications and civil cases filed.

Revenue from these assessments shall be deposited into the "Noxubee County Capital Improvements Fund" and used exclusively for county capital improvements projects.

The Board of Supervisors must adopt a resolution to implement this assessment authority.

These assessments are in addition to all existing assessments and court costs already imposed.

The authorization expires on July 1, 2026.
