Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks authorized to issue annual game breeder's licenses for raising white-tailed deer in enclosures surrounded by fences at least 8 feet high for propagating purposes.

Department must investigate and determine applicant qualifications, responsibility, and equipment before issuing license; licenses expire September 30 annually unless renewed.

License fees: $250 for first 50 animals, $500 for 51-100 animals, and $1,000 for more than 100 animals, based on animal count as of April 1 each year.

Licensees may sell live white-tailed deer or their eggs, embryos, or semen to any person inside or outside Mississippi; purchasers must be reported to department before sale or shipment, and breeder's license serial number must appear conspicuously on shipping containers.

Department may cancel or void any game breeder's license not used in strict compliance with the law.
