Extends the repeal date for Mississippi's mandatory abstinence-only or abstinence-plus sex education requirement from July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2026

Maintains the requirement that all public school districts must adopt either abstinence-only or abstinence-plus education curricula approved by the State Department of Education

Continues the prohibition on demonstrations of condom or contraceptive application in any sex education instruction

Preserves the mandate that boys and girls must be separated by gender during all sex-related education instruction

Takes effect July 1, 2021
