Establishes funding formula where the Department of Education transfers pro rata ad valorem receipts from a student's resident district to the district operating the online career track program, deducted from January Mississippi Adequate Education Program payments

Assigns accountability reporting for nonresident students to the district operating the online career track program rather than the student's resident district

Removes the previous sunset provision that prohibited the career track program for students entering ninth grade in 2017-2018 or later, effectively reinstating the program
